The TOP FILTER CONTROL is an extensive, complete and fully integrated control device for pneumatic filter system management, especially for pulse-jet niters, using advanced technology. It is available in the following versions:
Small enclosure: from ECO8 (8 outlets) to ECO40 (40 outlets) intermediate models increment in multiples of 8 outlets:
Large enclosure: from EC0O48 (4S outlets) to ECO96 (96 outlets): intermediate models, increment in multiples of 8 outlets,
An electronic device commands only the valves connected, automatically setting the cleaning sequence. The unit is an economist and a leak detector (emissions detector) and it also allows you to locate the exact position of incidental breakages in the filtering elements. In the presence of lacerations, there is a powder emission from the emission duct: the leak detector discovers this escape and identifies the malfunctioning valves, excluding them from the cleaning process- Therefore the discharge into the atmosphere is stopped,
The unit has an autodiagnosis system which maintains, without power, all the alarm data of every outlet. On the digital display is visualized the ΔP filter, the various set-points (ΔP regulation and alarms), the pause time and the pulse time. The final cleaning cycle can commence automatically when the fan is switched off. A 4-20 mA relay is available for the remote management of the ΔP.set-point values and the proportional band.
The TOP FILTER CONTROL has a timed sequential control of the valves with zero-crossing to eliminate electrical interference.
There is also a system that automatically allows you to limit the short-circuit current with alarm of intervention.
